I can tell you that it is painful at the moment, but I know it will be worth it. Well when it comes to working out there is no excuse for just going through the motions, yesterday was no exception. I wasn't feeling up to working out, but after a day of trying to convince myself, I managed to get to the gym.
Once at the gym it is a transforming of the mind to accomplish great things that is the power of working out. No I'm not lifting crazy heavy at this point or doing anything spectacular, but I can tell you that my mind switch into the I can do anything I want mode. My mood changed and I hammered out some very nice sets.
The only other thing I wish I could bang out at this point is a the cold that I have, but at least for the time I was in the gym I felt great!

Dressing?
So I will ask the general public a question and see how it goes. What is the best dressing for the Plant Power way of life? Looking for some good ideas that will help make the lunch time salads more enjoyable and still hold to the philosophy.
Also important note during this entire adventure I will be keeping hydrated and make sure I get my daily rationing of water. Seems essential, but can't put my finger on why. ;-)

Plant Power
Been toying with the idea of doing a new lifestyle change in the way I eat. Going to be giving this a try over the next several weeks to see how it goes, but everything I'm reading says it is very good for you and can result in higher energy. I'm going to attempt to journal the journey, but traditionally I have been very bad at blogging or keeping a journal, so we shall see how far that goes.

Will I go whole "hog", not quite sure, but to start out I'm going to attempt a shake for breakfast and salad for lunch. I think that will shock my body, in a good way. From there the sky is the limit. Looking forward to the experiment and hoping it does become the lifestyle change I believe I need.
